Depending on the agreed scope, Beroli coordinates the shower or tub, plumbing, waterproofing, tile, vanity, lighting, ventilation, flooring, and finishes. The goal is to resolve the work behind the walls as carefully as the visible finishes.
Can you replace a bathtub with a shower or change the layout?
Yes. We review drainage, plumbing locations, space, access, and the proposed shower details together. A layout change or accessible design may require additional framing or system changes, which are evaluated before the scope is finalized.
How do you coordinate waterproofing and shower details?
We plan the substrate, waterproofing system, drain, tile, niches, benches, fixtures, and glass together. Product selections and installation requirements are coordinated before the related construction stages so the shower is built as a complete assembly.
What happens if demolition reveals water damage or damaged framing?
We evaluate the exposed condition and explain the repair needed before covering it with new work. If the repair falls outside the agreed scope, its cost and schedule impact are documented for review through the change process.
Will I be able to use the bathroom during construction?
Plan for the bathroom to be unavailable during the work. We discuss the sequence and expected disruption so you can arrange another bathroom. Plumbing, inspections, waterproofing, tile, finishes, and glass each have their own place in the schedule.
