General Renovation FAQ
Define the work before it begins.
Have a question about your home? Let’s discuss the details.
Discuss your project →Check your service area →What projects fit under general renovation?
This includes targeted improvements and multi-trade work that does not fit into one room category: carpentry, layout changes, drywall, painting, repairs, and related exterior improvements. Send a short description so we can review whether the project fits Beroli's services.
Does Beroli perform structural repairs and modifications?
Yes. Our renovation work can include damaged framing repairs, wall and opening changes, and other structural modifications. We evaluate the existing conditions and proposed scope, then coordinate engineering and required approvals when applicable before construction proceeds.
Can you help with rot or damage discovered around the home?
We can evaluate repair work and the surrounding conditions, including framing, sheathing, trim, and related water-management details. The extent may not be fully visible until materials are opened. The repair scope should address the underlying issue as well as the visible finish.
Can you coordinate several repairs and trades in one project?
Yes. Related carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finish work can be organized under one defined scope and construction sequence. The proposal clarifies what is included rather than leaving the work as an open-ended list of tasks.
How are additional work and changes documented?
We separate changes from the original scope and explain the revised work, cost, and schedule implications for review before proceeding. This also applies when concealed conditions require work beyond what was originally agreed.
What should I send to find out whether my project is a fit?
Send your property ZIP code, phone number, email address, and a short description of the problem or improvement and your goal. Our team will contact you to discuss the request and determine whether a site visit is the appropriate next step.
