The Beroli team is managed by Misael and Herika with a very hands-on, organized, and personal approach. After receiving multiple quotes from different vendors, Beroli provided a very competitive quote for a 2-story porch replacement. The 2-story porch replacement project was a very orderly process going through all the necessary steps and required inspections/permits. The job site itself was left in a tidy manner at the end of every day and the team was made up of hard-working professionals (a neighborly consideration if you live in a dense neighborhood with shared backyards/driveways etc). See below before and after pics. An on-site porta potty was ordered for the duration of the project, and is a small indicator of how well and proper the Beroli team is treated. I appreciated the constant and timely project communication updates from Herika who was very responsive in answering all my questions and concerns. There were multiple checkpoints before, during, and after the project to ensure that all my expectations were met and that the project met Beroli's outstanding standards. After the porch project was completed, I was so satisfied with the positive experience that I had the team work on additional projects (replacing basement staircase and wooden handrails, painting walls, installing fixtures etc). The Beroli team does everything to stand by and bolster their wonderful reputation when partnering with customers, and I'll be looking to work with them on future renovation projects with expectations of high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service.
EXCELLENTVerified We had a pretty big electrical job that involves two units in Watertown, including upgrading our electrical panels. Beroli Construction gave really great consultation throughout the entire process that was clear and transparent. The workers were always polite and sensitive to our schedules. Their customer service especially stood out, as did the quality of the work. This isn't a company who will try to take the easy way out but will spend the time needed in the details of the work to get it done the right way. Their attention to detail was impressive and "clean" and no one would ever know they were here. They also helped talk us through a complicated process with the inspectors and worked well with them and us. Their prices were quite reasonable for the complexity of the job and number of hours required. The guys worked hard and addressed all my requests and Henrika would provide daily updates in the morning (regarding what to expect) and the evening (what was done during the day). I will gladly recommend them to friends and family moving forward and plan on using them again for my next project.Verified We had a great experience with Beroli Construction for a difficult repair job. We found out during an inspection that our 7 year old deck had not been constructed well when the house was built: the support pillars were getting slanted, one of the beams was not pressure treated wood, and some reinforcements were missing. We requested quotes from several companies for the repair. One wouldn't do it and suggested we replace the deck. Another reluctantly gave us a $15k+ estimate. Only Misael from Beroli told us that repairing was definitely feasible, giving us a clear plan and pointing out additional points to be taken care of, with a very reasonable quote slightly above $5k. We felt confident we were in good hands, and his crew took care of the job with great attention to details. We were happy with the final results and will definitely consider Beroli Construction for future projects around the house.
