After receiving multiple quotes from different vendors, Beroli provided a very competitive quote for a 2-story porch replacement. The 2-story porch replacement project was a very orderly process going through all the necessary steps and required inspections/permits. The job site itself was left in a tidy manner at the end of every day and the team was made up of hard-working professionals (a neighborly consideration if you live in a dense neighborhood with shared backyards/driveways etc). See below before and after pics. An on-site porta potty was ordered for the duration of the project, and is a small indicator of how well and proper the Beroli team is treated. I appreciated the constant and timely project communication updates from Herika who was very responsive in answering all my questions and concerns. There were multiple checkpoints before, during, and after the project to ensure that all my expectations were met and that the project met Beroli's outstanding standards. After the porch project was completed, I was so satisfied with the positive experience that I had the team work on additional projects (replacing basement staircase and wooden handrails, painting walls, installing fixtures etc). The Beroli team does everything to stand by and bolster their wonderful reputation when partnering with customers, and I'll be looking to work with them on future renovation projects with expectations of high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.Alan Singer2024-08-26I would like to share my experience regarding the construction of my outdoor deck. Working with Misael and his crew at Beroli construction could not have been any better. From my initial meeting to discuss the project until its completion, everything was completed on time and with no problems. They dealt with all my request and questions without any issues and in a timely fashion. The detail of their craftsmanship is unparalleled to any other home improvement job that has been completed for me. The crew was punctual, courteous and cleaned up meticulously every day. Herika, who works in the office was pleasant to work with and was very informative throughout the construction process. The job had a variety of complexities including the replacement of two load-bearing walls with a new steel girder and beam to support the second and third floors, leveling the floor joists, installing a seamless hardwood floor, and a down to the stud renovation of the kitchen and primary bath. We could not be more pleased with the results. The Beroli team found ways to transform three small rooms into one beautiful open space without the need for unsightly support columns or ceiling soffits. The project manager/owner scheduled frequent meetings to discuss progress and propose design alternatives and recommendations. If there was ever a question or concern a simple phone call to the in-office project coordinator would fetch a same/next day answer or resolution. Customer satisfaction was clearly a priority with Beroli as all requests or concerns were addressed immediately and fairly. Finally, the experts that were working the job on a daily basis were all outstanding. You can sense the pride they take in their workmanship and their affinity for Beroli Construction. From the estimate process to the final invoice I don't believe there is another construction/contractor team that would do a better job. Misael was super attentive with what I wanted done, delivered an exceptional estimate, worked with me on changes and upgrades and Herika kept me up-to-date with everything as we waited for the project to start. During the project, everyone on the team was respectful, helpful, and kind. Misael followed up with me on site as we made progress on everything. When there were things I found that were not as I imagined, Misael had them tweaked, or replaced immediately. He even noticed some things before I did and make sure they were up to his level of quality. Misael was also patient as I asked about about 1,000 questions both about the current work and future projects we have in mind. He was more than willing to chat and give me ballpark estimates about what I was looking for as well as provide ideas for how to tackle them. Beroli will be the first team I call for any and all future projects. I can't wait to work with them again.
