Beroli Construction just completed a major renovation to our 100 year old home.  The job had a variety of complexities including the replacement of two load-bearing walls with a new steel girder and beam to support the second and third floors, leveling the floor joists, installing a seamless hardwood floor, and a down to the stud renovation of the kitchen and primary bath.  We could not be more pleased with the results.  The Beroli team found ways to transform three small rooms into one beautiful open  space without the need for unsightly support columns or ceiling soffits. The project manager/owner scheduled frequent meetings to discuss progress and propose design alternatives and recommendations.  If there was ever a question or concern a simple phone call to the in-office project coordinator would fetch a same/next day answer or resolution.  Customer satisfaction was clearly a priority with Beroli as all requests or concerns were addressed immediately and fairly.  Finally, the experts that were working the job on a daily basis were all outstanding.  You can sense the pride they take in their workmanship and their affinity for Beroli Construction. The design skills and craftsmanship of the group are self-evident, but the team's transparency, communication, and ownership from end to end of the process are harder to see. We hired Beroli to demo an old three-season porch and build a new addition in its place.  Beroli was recommended to us by a friend.  We are very pleased with our addition!  It was a pleasure working with Beroli.  They are honest, trustworthy and customer-focused. We have had several contractors complete projects at our home over the years.  Beroli is the best of them.  We are very demanding and always raise concerns as projects progress. We worked with Beroli Construction on a project this past year to replace our 2-story deck for our house. We made some changes along the way and additionally updated both exterior windows as well as doors at the rear of the house.

The Beroli crew was incredibly professional, had an excellent eye for detail and their craftsmanship was top notch! Herika and Misael were always easy to communicate with, and extremely responsive to questions about the project or additional details we wanted to explore for our project's design.

I hired Beroli Construction to construct a 12x12 new deck on to my house.   I’m always nervous to hire contractors because you never know what to expect.  This company called me back immediately, they kept in touch throughout the process over and above what i expected.    The estimate was clear and quick, and they started work very quickly.   The quality of the work was exceptional, I watched as they taught a new  person how to properly complete the job, and there were multiple quality checks throughout the build.   Very impressed with the work and will be using them if anything else needs to be done on my home. I recently had Beroli Construction replace a Lally column, supporting post, in my garage. From my first meeting to the final one Misael was professional, kind and helpful – always ready to answer questions. The same is true with his wife, Herika, who is the office manager – communication at all times was excellent. In addition, I liked the idea of a family business and along with the male crew he has a woman on the contractor’s team which was great!
The work done was excellent and the area left immaculate. Mine was a small job, but I would not hesitate to use Beroli Construction again in the future for a big or small job.
